The bag looks better than the picture! It has a nice feel even though it's not real leather, and the color is really nice. It's not a big bag, but you can fit several things in, so it's just big enough. As far as shipping, it was difficult to follow the tracking, and even though it arrived a day earlier than expected, I would have liked more updates on where it was. I only received one tracking notification when it initially shipped, so due to the longer shipping time, updates emailed to me as the purchaser would have been helpful. The mail carrier shoved the package into my mailbox rather than leaving it at my door, and even though he'd done that, it still kept a decent shape due to the great packing from the supplier. Other than the tracking, I can't complain. It's a really nice handbag :)
